LITE Cheer was a program developed by Coach Chris in 2012 to create a stepping stone program for kids looking to enter the All Star World. LITE stand for "LESS INTENSE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT"
We coined the term and own it. Do not be fooled by knock off programs claiming to be LITE. We are the ONE and ONLY
LITE CHEER PROGRAM.
